Stefania is a graduate of the University of Toronto. Her interest in natural systems and restoration began with her thesis in a new wetland building strategy for New Orleans’ deteriorating coast line as a result of its shipping history, expansive infrastructure and destruction following Hurricane Katrina. Joining NAK Design Strategies in 2009, Stefania has become a integral member of the team. Her interest in restoration and ecological processes continues as many of her projects involve channel restoration, wetland enhancement, woodlot recreation and trail design and signage. Her ability to develop construction drawings, preparation of tender documents and presentation images makes her a valuable member of the team. Stefania’s work ethic, drive and ability to communicate with others has helped her build lasting relationships with clients and members of her team.
