Located at the corner of Victoria Park Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East, Elad Canada is transforming Lansing Square into a walkable, mixed-use, master-planned community featuring a high-quality public realm. The design emphasizes pedestrian connectivity and intuitive circulation patterns, ensuring convenient access to all buildings for both commuters and pedestrians.
A comprehensive streetscape and landscape program will unify the individual development blocks, incorporating multiple parkettes and a central community park that will serve as a focal point for residents and visitors. Complete landscape architectural services have been provided from initial design through to implementation, shaping a vibrant and cohesive urban community.
