DESIGN INTENT
Located at the intersection of Steeles Avenue West, Don Mills Road, and Highway 404, this new mixed-use community is designed to be a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly environment that provides a mix of housing, retail, and community spaces. At its heart lies a large public park featuring distinct passive and active event areas for users of all ages to enjoy.
The landscape site design features a comprehensive streetscape and landscape program that unifies the individual development blocks, incorporating urban squares, retail plazas, and a farmers’ market lane which provide intimate gathering spaces while serving the broader needs of residents and the surrounding community.
Comprehensive landscape architectural services are being provided from design through to implementation.
